AYD Holding Group began to deploy the real estate industry in 2011, and strive to build a "Home City Commercial Complex", with diversified industries and capital operation advantages, to create a unique Eurasian real estate model, covering residential, urban commercial complexes, industrial parks, etc. Diversified formats.

In 2013, the first real estate project built by the Group with an investment of RMB 2.8 billion, AYD City Center, was unveiled in Hanchuan, integrating multiple businesses such as double-moore home living, lake view villas, five-star hotels, and office buildings.

In 2015, AYD Furniture Hankou International Plaza and Hanyang International Plaza opened grandly.

In 2016, AYD Furnishing Changsha International Plaza made a stunning appearance in Star City.

In 2017, AYD Holding Group entered the field of residential real estate development, and the overall scale of the Dongxihu project invested and developed was 800,000 square meters. Among them, the total area of residential buildings is 170,000 square meters, all of which have been delivered to use; 60,000 square meters of commercial projects have been opened, and nearly 80,000 square meters will be opened for operation in 2021.

In September 2020, the Jingzhou project of AYD Holding Group opened grandly. The total area of the project is about 90,000 square meters, and the planned total construction area is 330,000 square meters. Among them, about 253,000 square meters of boutique residences are equipped with about 7,000 square meters of community businesses.

In December 2019, the Jiangxia project of AYD Holding Group opened grandly. The total area of the project is about 46,200 square meters, and the planned total construction area is 159,800 square meters, including about 27,400 square meters of boutique apartments and about 75,000 square meters of furniture stores.

AYD respects the city's awe, tailor-made in different cities, creating brand-new commercial landmarks, and driving the new upgrade and development of urban areas. So far, the total construction area of the AYD real estate project is nearly 2 million square meters.

In the future, the real estate sector of AYD Holding Group will continue to open commercial housing projects mainly based on residential buildings, rooting in Wuhan, irradiating Hubei, and steadily achieving a national strategic layout within 10 years.
